WOCA Old Randolph Rd Renovation

The WOCA Board is working to renovate the entrance signage at Old Randolph Road. As many of you have noticed, the current walls are in poor condition falling apart and in need of cleaning and landscaping.

We’re excited to share that Montgomery County has awarded us a $5,000 grant through the Mid-County Placemaking Grant program to support this effort and help strengthen our neighborhood identity.

We’ve also received quotes to completely rebuild the entrance walls, and we’re now launching a donation campaign to make this project a reality.

With 200 homes in our community, if each household contributes $100 or more if you’re able, we’ll reach our goal and create a beautiful, lasting improvement that benefits our neighborhood.

For years, the Board has received feedback from the neighborhood that the entrances need to be replaced, and now, thanks to the grant from the county, we have the ability to be responsive to the wishes of the community, but we still need additional help from our neighbors to get us over the finish line.

👉 Please consider donating to help us reach our goal. Every contribution big or small makes a difference!

Let’s come together and make a positive, visible impact on our community.
